3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

Attach your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund
4. Refund Timeline and Methods

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.

EasyPaisa and JazzCash refunds are sent to the original account.

COD refunds are processed through EasyPaisa or JazzCash.
5. Return Shipping

If the issue is from our end, we cover return shipping costs.
