1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Motorcycles after delivery and registration

  • Installed or modified accessories

  • Clearance or discounted products

  • Damages caused by improper use

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Contact info@riderfuel.store within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Attach your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund

4. Refund Timeline and Methods

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.

  • EasyPaisa and JazzCash refunds are sent to the original account.

  • COD refunds are processed through EasyPaisa or JazzCash.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our end, we cover return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed if the product is in stock.

  • If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
